  • What should I expect?
    We'll arrive ten to fifteen minutes before your appointment to set up and will bring everything needed. We try as best as possible to provide a spa experience in your home and come prepared with lighting, music and linens. At the end of your service, we'll take everything with us!
  • Is there a fee for in home services?
    With a $45 service minimum, there is no fee within our Home Zone. To view the Home Zone and rates in other areas, please click here.
  • Do I need to provide anything?
    Marea Beauty brings all supplies that are needed for your service including lighting and a massage table. All we ask is that you have a chair available!
  • How much room do you need?
    For a lash or facial service, approximately 3 feet by 7 feet for the massage table. For spray tanning, a 5 foot radius is required. Aren't sure if you have room? - send us a message!
  • I've got pets - is that okay?
    We love pets! We've had many services where pets are cuddled up with their owners while they relax. If you have an animal that is easily excited or could jump up on the table during services, it may be a good idea to have them in a separate room!
  • What about parking?
    If you have visitor parking available, please let us know. If no free visitor parking is available, the cost of parking will be added to your invoice.
  • I live in an apartment or basement suite, is that okay?
    It is! Just let us know the buzzer number or where the basement suite door is located and we'll find our way! Should we have any questions - we'll let you know before the appointment.
  • How do I make sure you're able to find me on the day of my appointment?
    Please include, if applicable, the unit number, buzzer number, and any visitor parking instructions in the 'Notes' section upon booking so we can find you easily and get started with your pampering session right away!
  • Can I come to you?
    At this time we are a fully mobile spa which means we come to you! This way you are able to relax in your own home and leave the commute to us.
  • My building doesn't have an elevator - is that okay?
    It is! Our supplies are portable and easy to carry. Plus, we do any heavy lifting!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Should you need to cancel your appointment anywhere up to 24 hours, please cancel online. Within 24 hours, please contact us directly to cancel. Please note that canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.
