Shipping policy
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Clothing Merchandise: In an effort to be more size-inclusive, your order may arrive in two separate shipments. This is completely normal, and you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
- Shipping Areas: We currently ship within Canada. For international orders, please contact us for availability.
- B2B Orders: Bulk and wholesale orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any delays.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Damages & Issues: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
